The heat transfer flatbed machine is an industrial device that transfers patterns onto various materials through heating and pressure. It is mainly used for surface heat transfer printing on cotton and linen fabrics, ceramics, metals and other materials. The equipment consists of a heating plate, a pressure system and a temperature control device. The transfer process is achieved by adjusting the temperature (0-399℃), pressure (manual/pneumatic/hydraulic) and time (0-999 seconds). It is commonly used for making cultural shirts, medals, fabric products, etc.

The equipment is classified into types such as flatbed heat transfer printers, mug printers, cap printers, etc. according to its functions, which are suitable for different shapes of substrates. According to the power system, it can be divided into manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic categories. The core component is an aluminum heating plate, which needs to have uniform heat conduction and deformation resistance characteristics. During operation, parameters need to be adjusted according to the material: for fabrics, the temperature should be controlled at 120-140℃ (5-10 seconds); for metal plates, 170-200℃ (20-45 seconds); and for ceramic plates, 200-220℃ (120-150 seconds). Compared with traditional embroidery and screen printing, it has the advantages of low cost and high pattern fineness. The transfer effect is influenced by the quality of the ink, the coating of the paper and the material of the fabric.
